Caroline County has a wonderful network of Little Free Libraries for our patrons to enjoy!
A Little Free Library is a community book exchange, usually a public bookcase, where people can leave or take books free of charge.
With over 100,000 registered book sharing boxes worldwide, Little Free Libraries are a great way to reduce waste, foster literacy, and share your favorite stories.
Throughout the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Caroline County Public Library has been leveraging our county’s widespread network of Little Free Libraries to distribute donated children’s books.
